Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was in a lively location with easy access to various attractions like the nearby beach and downtown area. The rooms, although small and a bit noisy, were kept clean daily. The service was acceptable overall, but the manager's behavior was a downside. Dining options were average. The hotel's atmosphere catered more to a younger, party-oriented crowd.
The hotel is positioned on the main road side but basic yet clean enough. It's like student accommodation, but overall, it's a case of you pay money and take your chance. We would consider going back. The service is very good, especially from Mathew Manos and George who can't do enough for you. Meals are good, and bar prices are reasonable with buy one get one free deals. The location is okay and clean, although the buildings put it constantly in the shade. The staff at the main pub in front were lovely. The dining experience was disappointing, with limited options and costly; so we opted to eat out. The facilities were basic but fulfilled our needs.
The hotel offers small and claustrophobic rooms with a noisy balcony overlooking a busy main road, plus a broken room door lock. Despite this, the rooms are equipped with essential amenities and lovely views of Cretan mountains or the pool. Free drinks are a nice perk at the bars.
My holiday became great thanks to the staff who changed us to a bigger and nicer room with a sea view. The rooms were very clean with daily cleaning and towel changes, though the shower cubicle was tiny.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and other amenities. The rooms, however, were outdated and in need of modernization. The service offered was friendly, although there were some issues with room security. Dining options were limited, leading me to explore eateries outside the hotel.
